We bring together, under one roof, business people who produce, export, invest and create employment. Through our sector boards, our directorates and our work across four regions, we contribute to the growth of our members, the competitiveness of the economy and the common voice of the business community.

Who we are
Different sectors, one roof
TİBİAD - All United Business People Association brings together business people, company executives and entrepreneurs active in a wide range of fields, from industry and trade to technology and services. The Association aims to turn the accumulated experience of its members into collective wisdom and to carry that wisdom into concrete projects, partnerships and new markets.
We carry out our work along three axes: thematic directorates follow the shared agenda of the business community; sector boards focus on the specific needs of each sector; and regional desks bring trade and investment opportunities in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa to our members. Our structures for young business people and women in business strengthen the new generation of the business community and women's leadership.

What we do
Six core functions for the business community
From representation to trade and from research to training, we work in every area our members need.
Representation and advocacy
We convey our members' shared views to decision-makers and the public through reports, assessments and meetings.
Trade and business development
We organise cooperation between members, one-to-one business meetings (B2B), supplier meetings and joint purchasing initiatives.
Internationalisation
Through trade delegations, business forums and participation in trade fairs, we connect our members with markets in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Research and knowledge
We prepare reports and assessments based on official data in the fields of the economy, production and foreign trade.
Development and training
We strengthen management and entrepreneurship skills through TİBİAD Academy programmes, workshops and mentoring.
Solidarity
We support the sharing of knowledge and experience among our members, social responsibility projects and sustainability initiatives.

From our headquarters in Türkiye, we work through four regional desks covering Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The regional desks compile market intelligence, liaise with business organisations and trade representations, and connect our members with the right business partners.

Our projects are designed to contribute directly to the growth of our members and the competitiveness of the business community. Leadership
Chairman of the Board
As Chairman of the Board of TİBİAD, Cem R. DURAN is responsible for setting the Association's institutional direction, developing relations with the business community and public institutions, and coordinating the work of the directorates and sector boards. His experience in foreign trade, financial management and international business development guides the Association's work across four regions.
