TİBİAD is a Türkiye-based association of business people that brings together business people from different sectors and of different scales around shared values and common goals.
Who we are
TİBİAD - All United Business People Association brings together business people, company executives and entrepreneurs active in a wide range of fields, from industry and trade to technology and services. The Association aims to turn the accumulated experience of its members into collective wisdom and to carry that wisdom into concrete projects, partnerships and new markets.
We carry out our work along three axes: thematic directorates follow the shared agenda of the business community; sector boards focus on the specific needs of each sector; and regional desks bring trade and investment opportunities in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa to our members. Our structures for young business people and women in business strengthen the new generation of the business community and women's leadership.
TİBİAD develops joint projects with the business community, associations, foundations, universities, ministries and other public institutions. It prepares economic research and reports, organises summits, forums and business meetings, and conveys its members' views to decision-makers and the public.
To unite business people on the basis of trust, solidarity and productivity; to offer the knowledge, connections and opportunities for cooperation that strengthen our members' competitiveness; and to convey the common voice of the business community to the public and decision-makers in a responsible manner.

What we do
As a business people's association, we work in the six areas that our members and the business community need.
We convey our members' shared views to decision-makers and the public through reports, assessments and meetings.
We organise cooperation between members, one-to-one business meetings (B2B), supplier meetings and joint purchasing initiatives.
Through trade delegations, business forums and participation in trade fairs, we connect our members with markets in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
We prepare reports and assessments based on official data in the fields of the economy, production and foreign trade.
We strengthen management and entrepreneurship skills through TİBİAD Academy programmes, workshops and mentoring.
We support the sharing of knowledge and experience among our members, social responsibility projects and sustainability initiatives.
