To support young business people in meeting experienced members, growing their ventures and taking on responsibility in the business community.

Organising meetings on entrepreneurship, leadership and generational transition in family businesses

Holding entrepreneurship and career events with universities

Organising cooperation and experience-sharing sessions among young members

Coordinating the start-up side of the Innovation and Business Matching Programme

Encouraging young members to take on roles in the association's work
