Our directorates take forward the shared agenda of the business community by subject area. Each directorate reports its work plan, projects and results to the Board of Directors and works together with the sector boards and regional desks.

Organises the work plans and joint meetings of the sixteen sector boards and cooperation between sectors.
Brings together young entrepreneurs and the new generation of business executives.
Carries out work that strengthens women's entrepreneurship and women's leadership in the business community.
Runs training, certificate and development programmes for members and their employees.
Manages the association's communications, publications, media relations and large-scale events.
Monitors legislation that concerns the business community and manages relations with public institutions and legal opinion processes.
Carries out awareness and implementation work on environmental, social and governance issues.
Working procedures
Each directorate works together with the sector boards and regional desks under the coordination of a member of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors meets at regular intervals and reviews the work of the directorates and sector boards on its agenda.
Each directorate and sector board reports its work plan, the projects it carries out and their results to the Board of Directors.
The activities of the term and the financial statements are submitted to the General Assembly for review by the members.
