Organisation and Member Relations Directorate
Manages membership processes, member services and the association's domestic organisational structure.
Purpose
To ensure that every business person who joins the association reaches the right board, the right working group and the right cooperation opportunities from day one, and to keep the ties between members strong, regular and productive.
Responsibilities

Carrying out the preliminary assessment of membership applications and submitting them to the Board of Directors

Organising introductory meetings and orientation programmes for new members
- 03
Directing members to sector boards and directorates according to their areas of interest
- 04
Measuring member satisfaction regularly and improving services
- 05
Preparing the working principles for domestic representative offices and provincial organisation
- 06
Organising member-to-member cooperation and procurement meetings
