Purpose
To pass on the accumulated experience of the business community to the next generation, and to ensure that young entrepreneurs have an experienced companion in their growth, financing, management and market decisions.
Components
One-to-one meetings
Mentoring meetings held at regular intervals throughout the programme term.
Experience-sharing sessions
Group sessions in which experienced members share their own business journeys.
End-of-term meeting
A closing meeting where mentors and mentees share what they have gained.
