Project process

### Five steps from idea to result

Every project starts with a written file, is assigned to the responsible directorate by a decision of the Board of Directors and is reported on together with its results.

  Needs raised by members, boards and directorates are compiled.

  #### Design
  The project's objective, target audience, components and outputs are set out in writing.
3. 03
  #### Decision
  The project file is reviewed by the Board of Directors and the responsible directorate is designated.
4. 04
  #### Implementation
  The project is carried out according to its schedule together with partner institutions.
5. 05
  #### Evaluation
  Results are reported and the outputs to be made permanent are identified.
