**What is TİBİAD?**

TİBİAD - All United Business People Association is a Türkiye-based association of business people that brings together business people from different sectors and of different scales around shared values and goals. It works through directorates, sector boards and four regional desks.

 

**Who can become a member of TİBİAD?**

Business people who are at least 18 years of age, have full legal capacity and are the owner, a partner or a senior executive of a business can become full members. Companies can apply for corporate membership, and entrepreneurs and executives aged 18 to 40 can apply for Young TİBİAD membership.

 

**How do I apply for membership?**

Applications are made through the online application form on our website. Following a preliminary review by the General Secretariat and an introductory meeting, documents and references from two members are requested; the Board of Directors decides on the application within 30 days at the latest.

 

**Is a reference required for membership?**

Yes. Applications for full, corporate and young membership require references from two members of the Association. If you do not have a reference, we will invite you to the Association's events during the introductory meeting and help you get to know our members.

 

**How much is the membership fee?**

The entrance donation and the annual membership fee are set by decision of the Board of Directors and vary according to the type of membership. The current amounts are communicated to you in writing during the preliminary review of your application.

 

**How do I join the sector boards?**

Simply state the sector in which you operate and your areas of interest on the application form. Once your membership has been accepted, the Sector Boards Coordination Directorate will direct you to the relevant board; you may take part in the work of more than one board.

 

**In which regions does TİBİAD work internationally?**

We carry out our international work through regional desks for Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The regional desks connect our members with these markets through market briefing notes, trade delegations, business forums and one-to-one business meetings (B2B).

 

**How can institutions cooperate with TİBİAD?**

The business community, associations, foundations, universities, ministries and other public institutions can contact us through our contact form or at info@tibiad.org.tr to cooperate on joint projects, events, research or programmes.

 

**How is my personal data protected?**

Information shared through the application and contact forms is processed solely for the purpose of evaluating the application and communicating with you, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Details are set out in the Privacy Notice.
